Msmakeup choose the products to sell based on their excellent designs and superior quality we have the quality control team to check the items during the whole process of packing and ship out, perhaps there are some items damage due to the long time transportation or you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your items, please contact the customer services ( msmakeupoem@gmail.com ) and send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center ( Room 306, Building B, 1970 Cultural and Creative Park, Shayuanpu, Minzhi Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen,China ) in accordance with the following Return Policy.

Return policy for no logo products ：

1.Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.

2.Items must be unworn,unwashed,unused,stain-free.

3.Msmakeup does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

4.Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.

5.Allow consumers to apply for return within 15 days after signing

6.Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.(Note: if such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue refund. Please email msmakeupoem@gmail.com.

7.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Return and exchange policy for customized /private label products ( including logo priting, customized sticker/shades/box/formular etc.)：

1.Selecting logo option without reaching 50pcs for each product , we will send confirmation email if no response within 48hours we will ship out blank sample (no logo products).

2.After logo confirmed, refund replacement and modification of logo are unacceptable .

3.If apply refund after logo effect completed before production. we will charge 30% of total order as service fee.

Order cancellation policy

Please contact our customer service (msmakeupoem@gmail.com) within 24 hours after your order if you would like to cancel your order. We will check the package delivery status and get back to you as soon as possible.  If you report cancellation after 24 hours of your order, we cannot issue .

Return & Rufund Time

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Msmakeup will not issue store credit for your returns.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center. All returns are refunded via store credit into your shopping account, or return according to the original payment method. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in your shopping account for use on a future purchase. Your credit will never expire, and are redeemable right away!
